Danesfield Middle School is looking for an inspiring KS3 Maths Teacher to join our ambitious and rapidly improving school. This is an exciting opportunity to teach Year 7 and 8, shaping pupils’ mathematical confidence and preparing them for their next stage of learning.

We are a unique middle school setting with a strong vision, supportive leadership, and a culture built on respect, responsibility and resilience.

Our team is warm, collaborative and committed to ensuring every child thrives academically and personally. We offer high-quality CPD, including evidence-informed coaching through StepLab, generous non-contact time, and well-sequenced curriculum resources designed to reduce workload and support effective teaching.

We welcome applications from experienced teachers who are passionate about engaging learners, developing strong fluency and reasoning skills, and contributing to a positive learning culture.

For the right candidate, we are offering a Teaching & Learning TLR, providing the opportunity to work closely with the Assistant Headteacher to influence teaching practice across the school through coaching, modelling and curriculum development.

If you are enthusiastic, motivated, and excited to be part of a school on a transformative journey, we would love to hear from you.
